Luna is often called in when there is stagnation or kids need a shift with their speech, language, and social-connection skills in various settings. She is a local SLP with over 30 years of experience working with children, families, and therapeutic teams. She has partnered with Pediatric Pathways to visit monthly for dynamic co-treat coaching sessions.
She will observe the interaction, tune-in to the child’s communication style, and coach the OT in real time. This new partnership benefits the family as her suggestions can be carried-over at home, in the school, and in the community.

OT’s know first hand how challenging demands can result in a child losing access to the critical areas of the brain that support speech, language, and social-emotional skills.
During this collaborative co-treat coaching session, Luna will collaborate with the OT to “see what she sees” and implement small changes that can transform communication.
There is no need to already have speech therapy services in place to participate. For children already receiving speech and language therapy, this provides the child opportunities for expansive growth by carrying over skills in multiple settings and in novel ways.
Together Luna & the OT they will effectively regulate the child’s nervous system
to maximize the sessions and improve the child’s communication.
